Our Services

At our pharmacy, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and convenient healthcare services to support your wellbeing. From prescription dispensing and repeat medication management to delivery services, emergency supply, and specialist NHS services, our experienced pharmacy team is here to help.

Our delivery service is designed to support patients who urgently need medication or who may not have time to wait for their prescription to be dispensed.

For urgent items, we aim to deliver prescriptions on the same day, provided the prescription is received before 6:00 pm and all items are in stock.

If there is any delay in delivery, we will contact you by telephone.

Delivery during the day is free of charge for patients living within the Killamarsh area.

We also support repeat prescription delivery. You can order your repeat prescriptions as normal, and we will either collect them from your GP surgery or provide prepaid envelopes for your surgery to post prescriptions to us.

We aim to deliver medication within 24 hours of receiving prescriptions.
(Please allow 2–4 days for prescriptions sent by post to reach us.)

To sign up, please complete the registration form in our pharmacy leaflet.

We offer a full repeat dispensing service and can provide prepaid reply envelopes for returning repeat prescriptions.

NHS Repeat Dispensing is available for patients on stable repeat medication. Your GP will provide an initial prescription and future supply copies (up to one year). We can manage dispensing and delivery monthly if required.

We are fully equipped to receive NHS prescriptions electronically from participating GP surgeries across the UK.

Repeat Prescription Delivery

We also offer a repeat prescription delivery service to make managing your medication simple and convenient.

You can order your repeat prescription as normal through your GP surgery. We will either collect prescriptions from your GP surgery or provide prepaid envelopes for your surgery to post prescriptions to us.

Once received, we aim to dispense and deliver your medication within 24 hours, subject to prescription receipt and stock availability.

If you run out of medicines when your GP surgery is closed, the pharmacist may be able to provide an emergency supply.

Up to 5 days supply of most medicines may be provided (controlled drugs excluded).

Please bring:

  • An empty medicine box, or

  • A repeat prescription request form

We may also be able to supply medicines prescribed in other parts of the UK.

Please speak to a pharmacist for advice.

We dispense both NHS and private prescriptions.

A pharmacist is always on duty during opening hours to supervise dispensing and provide advice when required.

We carry a wide range of medicines in stock and can usually obtain specialist or foreign medicines if required.

Our secure computer system keeps confidential medication records to support safe and convenient dispensing.

If you are taking multiple medicines or have concerns about your medication, our pharmacists can help.

A Medicines Use Review is a free NHS service carried out in a private consultation room and usually takes around 15 minutes.

The review helps ensure:

  • Medicines are taken correctly

  • Medicines are working safely together

  • You are getting the best results from your treatment

Your GP will receive a record of the discussion.
If a pharmacist offers an MUR, it is a routine service designed to support your health and prevent complications.

Emergency contraception (Morning After Pill) is available during pharmacy opening hours.

It may be available to purchase or free during certain times.

You will receive a private consultation with a pharmacist to determine the most suitable option.

Emergency contraception can be taken up to 72 hours after unprotected sex, but earlier treatment is more effective.
